I have a similar, but different problem that I haven't asked about myself.
My problem is Windows 10. I too had a crash (but had backups) and after
that, any on-top feature of Legacy opens way off to the left of my screen.
I am constantly dragging them back to the right. While it does allow me to
drag it, it is a repetitive problem for me. Am I alone in this?
