Brian and Valerie,
I think Valerie is using the Reports Menu icon on the My Toolbar.
I never use it.
It opens a screen as in Legacy 7 with the Chart reports on tabs and then
a Books tab.
Valerie are you wanting a Descendant Chart? If so, you may in the Report
Options on the Format Tab want to turn off boxes and turn on Pack
information on one line. That may give you what you want.
But you haven't said which lines are missing. Another possibility is
that on the first Options screen for the Report - the one with the
Report Options button on it - you need to increase the indent for each
generation.

Are you using Legacy 7? The steps you list below are not for Legacy 9.
The menu structure for Legacy 8 and 9 is totally different than you
describe.
If you are using 7 then the option for generation lines is on the report
options > Format Tab. PS the report is a Descendant Chart since all the
reports in 7 on the Report Menu are charts.
