I have tried to copy what I am getting and what I have had in the past but it will not copy.

I never use it. It opens a screen as in Legacy 7 with the Chart reports on tabs and then a Books tab. Valerie are you wanting a Descendant Chart? If so, you may in the Report Options on the Format Tab want to turn off boxes and turn on Pack information on one line. That may give you what you want. But you haven't said which lines are missing. Another possibility is that on the first Options screen for the Report - the one with the Report Options button on it - you need to increase the indent for each generation.
