I add them as a citation to the death event, with text in the death notes, eg:

Citation: Death Notice: WORGAN Rachel Dorothy (nee DAVIS), 29 Jul 1971 (The Press, Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand, Friday 30 Jul 1971; https://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/newspapers).
