When you select Backup from the File menu you will be presented with a tab labelled Backup with the name and location of your Family File at the top. Below that is a tick box next to "Backup to my computer." Then there are 2 tick boxes labelled Family File and Media Files. Below each of those is the full location of the last backups which you made. Alongside there is the option to "Change" so you can specify exactly where you want your backups to be saved.
