Hi Rob,
No doubt you are right - I did say I wasn't using Repository strictly.
However you can print by Repository so I get a useful list. Having a few odd places in the Repository list is no problem to me. With very few exceptions I haven't enough To-Dos for each individual to bother filtering that list.

When I first started using the To-Do list, the Locality field confused me. I read it as the locality of the event rather than the locality of the search re the event and mostly I've left it blank as it was so often unknown or obvious.
Looks like it's time to stop using the Repository so broadly and only use it for specific libraries etc and use the Location as my broad category.

It's time I went through my major lines and added To-Dos as I think about where to go next, check who I still need census records for etc.

Thanks,
Cathy

Hi Cathy,
I use Locality like you use Repository. This is because you can filter the ToDo's by Locality, but not by repository. Also, I include some very informal localities (like "Internet", or "Dad's files") which don't belong in the Repository list, which is shared by Sources, I think. Admittedly there is some overlap, as the local Library I use is both a Locality and a Repository.
