Mike, I agree with Dennis. I just tried updating and it worked flawlessly, as have all my previous updates.
I notice that you say that Legacy wasn't running at the time. In fact, if you do a web update, Legacy should be running at the time. The installer looks after shutting it down and restarting it. Doesn't sound like this is it, though. It may be that there is a .dll conflict or something else peculiar to your setup. There may also be something wrong at the Legacy end, but if so, it only seems to be affecting you. It's odd that the April 12th install worked (I did that too) and only the recent one has failed. (Mine installed ok over the April 12th version, so it's not that). I'd suggest you take it offline with Support to diagnose the cause of the problem.
