I often see references to MS Access. As I remember it's part of Word, isn't
it? I use Word Perfect and have for many hears because of the "reveal codes"
feature.

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy MS Access separately. Also what is
the most recent version necessary for the newest Legacy versions.

MS Access is available separately but usually expensive. Try Amazon. Also take a look at Ability Database which is compatible with the version of Access used by Legacy and fraction of the price of Access. You can download a full evaluation from www.ability.com so you can make sure it does what you need before laying out cash. I would also recommend working with a copy of your Legacy fdb file it case of accidental damage to your data.
