Thanks for the reference to preview. I generally do look at it that way but
have been looking at the content of the report as opposed to the "title".
It's a bit like checking the text of a complex letter and overlooking the
letter's date or post code of the recipient - simple things to do but stupid
to not spot the discrepancy.

But having said this it would be eminently preferable if the programme
"defaulted" to the starting name.
