Last night I looked at the emails that had come in whilst at lunch in Subi and initially started with the most recent and replied to Peter Haughton's message then guests arrived. After they left, I printed your suggestion & did some pre sleep digging but so far can't work out some of the techniques required. Will spend a but more time on it and perhaps contact you again off list If I'm still stuck. NB. I don't have Publishing Centre as I only use Legacy Standard with the latest V6 build.
