I think this is the best solution. For a warning I suggest Leo create a Node at the top of the Leo file with the headline "Warning - Clone conflict" and child nodes that are clones of each uncloned node. This would allow the user to easily see what clones were uncloned and do what was necessary to resolve the issue. It would also be nice to have a "diff node" plugin that could be used to easily determine what differs between the uncloned nodes. TL
