I use xxdiff as a standalone diff program (also to display diffs from bzr), I like it, but it has an old, dated looking interface. I think it's Qt 3.x, but they've managed to make it look like some FLTK think from the 90s. Not that I'm criticizing it, it's my favorite diff viewer, but I think we want something more Qt 4.xish.
