The more I think about this, the better I like it. I'm starting to wonder why I didn't think of it before :-) Today I read that the great George Marshall http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Marshall used to ask, "but how could we be wrong?" If there is any single question that might produce greatness, I think this is it. It directly counter-acts the confirmation bias that plagues us all.
