The body text of @sb-page nodes will likely be, in effect, an @rst
node.  The plan is to run the page through something like the rst3
command.  So rST is in the mix.

Imo, s5 simply isn't good enough, and I don't want to adjust my ideas
:-)  It should be possible to create a demo quickly.  We can then
assess what is to be done.

I like the more relaxed feel of screenbooks, and I would rather be an
author than a performer :-)

The "cool factor" is important.  But I would like to replace all of
Leo's present tutorial with screenbook chapters.  We'll have to see
how this experiment turns out, but I'd like to try.
