I found a page about Instiki S5 which supports dual displays, slides on one screen and presenter notes on the other. Can't test it from here though, I'm on a laptop. http://golem.ph.utexas.edu/wiki/instiki/show/S5 Also: "Slidy can be best thought of as S5++. It has the same slide syntax as S5, but has a few more features up it’s sleeve. One of the best additions is a dynamically generated table of contents that can be accessed by pressing c while watching the presentation." The ToC is not persistent though and it doesn't highlight the current slide.
