In 6382 I've pushed tooltips for the first few items on the context menu. I don't like them, I think tool-tips on menu items are unnatural. I think they should be removed - I also added a "Help for this menu" command to the menu, which I think can be a more useful provider of help. Currently it just shows the docstring for the free_layout module, which would need rewriting to be suitable for this purpose. Thoughts?
