It had crossed my mind during the current work, although I think it's
somewhat separate in that it's primarily a UI issue.

Currently the bookmarks are displayed as links in an HTML para,
essentially. You can already have nesting

A
  a1
  a2
B
C

in the bookmarks node, the display will just be

  A a1 a2 B C

So what if A had a trailing + which toggled the visibility of a1 and a2?
I guess that would be handy, although part of me things you should
probably only have 10-20 bookmarks for a project, and maybe it's not
necessary for that many. I think of them more as links to current work
than permanent entry points, presumably the structure of the project
itself works for that.

I'll think about it some more.

Cheers -Terry
