License issues. RMS mostly beats on the platform dependency in the license
(OpenMotif can only be used on open source operating systems).
Rick and I outlined situations in which it is not possible to develop stuff and make it
available for both Motif and LessTif because of license. We know that there are
also technical issues (you can't use a patch for OpenMotif to implement Themes
to LessTif because of implementation differences).
