Same problem, but I haven't reverted yet; restarting sends some of them back out...some to the same folks who have already received them, some to those who hadn't.

Again, for me, at least, this does not seem to be related to actual reported bounces, but to stuff that was *never attempted* because when it went through the first time the recipient's ISP was in the "do not connect to" list.
