I had to use google to post to this list last week whilst my server
was down : click on the indication for hidden text near the bottom
[ ... ] and you can then put your reply inline and delete context
which is no-longer relevant. Sure, gmail doesn't make it easy (it
still likes to produce wide lines), but it can be worked around.
I'm sure there ARE still some errors in the book, and more places
where the text can be misinterpreted, but if the commands were
generally buggy then very few people would have managed to build it.
