In chapter 5.5 GCC-9.2.0 - Pass 1, there is a configure option
--with-glibc-version=2.11.
Two small things:
- It is missing an explanation
- Shouldn't it be --with-glibc-version=2.31, because that is the version
of the targeted glibc?

It is set to be consistent with the minimum glibc version in the host
system requirements. Note that is is not used in pass2 or Chapter 6.
