Hi, it is past midnight for both of you (and for me) so I'd like to drop
this discussion now and maybe pick it up after 8 hours of decent sleep.
To summarize the whole situation for tomorrow:
- As Mans said, the patch is a small improvements, as Diego said a clear
yes or no would be nice.
- During the thread the idea of being more radical and drop libpostproc
out of code quality concern and scarce usage had been countered by the
fact we have a major user for it.
- The whole library might be used or even absorbed into avfilter in the
future in a way or another.
That makes this patch less useful in the long run so it could be dropped.
