support MPEG-4 SP video (up to 176x144) and AAC audio
(format 6):

All the videos I've seen from youtube mobile are H.263 video + AMR audio
(I suspect some 3gp standard mandates such formats). So, I do not think
you can receive anything from m.youtube.com with libavformat.
