For some reason I get the error "could not find codec parameters" when I try opening the RTSP stream with ffplay. Does FFmpeg support 3gp natively? Then, you have to report a problem to mplayer... Maybe its rtsp demuxer is broken, but this is off-topic on libav-user > Ffmpeg doesn't seem to do anything with the file. ./ffplay rtsp://prug.rtsp-youtube.l.google.com/ChoLENy73wIaEQmJv18x7xfevhMYESARFEgGDA==/0/0/0/1/video.3gp works fine here... Maybe there is a firewall or something stopping the UDP traffic on your network?
