Absolutely wrong. Cheney DOES NOT persue free markets and those who claim he does don't know anything about free markets or capitalism. In fact free markets are the last thing guys like Cheney want. He wants government intervention on the markets to give him an advantage over other businesses. He does not want to have to compete so he looks for ways to corrupt the system in his favor.
