Let's see. Currently the government can demand that I pay for more services than I need or want and I have no choice in the matter. Then, they can demand I give them information about my every movement (in a vehicle) in order to tax me for those movements and I will have no choice in the matter.
The alternative is that I no longer have to pay for this particular service except when I need and want it, and the government has to serve warrants to get the information about my movements.
