I recieved my information from a Kubby website, that gave Kubby's 
rare medical condition, and also informed all reading it in its 
entirety that after some resistance,  they reluctantly agreed to 
give Kubby an appropriate medication for his condition.  Kubby is 
not in a dire position, though I can see he is  suffering an 
injustice, there is no credible threat to his life. 

The link to the Kubby site was on a similar call for support post on 
anouther message board.
