Hi Terry,
The road you are talking about is called the Trans Texas Corridor. It
will also probably run through Caldwell county. SH 130 is a pre-cursor
called the Central Texas Turnpike.
Yes a Spanish company is 'in touch' with the governer of TX on the TTC
and I think SH 130 also.
