And that little black girl in NYC who just read that poem in front of the junior high school audience who accused Darwin and Columbus of being murderous pirates who wanted to enslave countless generations of African Americans in chains, that wasn't "offensive"?
I'm a Social Darwinist. I was extremely offended by her remarks. But you don't see me chanting in the streets and burning effigees in front of her school in protest. You don't see me calling for her to be censored. C'mon Steven, if ya can't stand the heat... Free speech means just that free speech. And I'm surprised to see a so-called libertarian like you pooh-poohing the concept. Dissapointed in fact. --- In [email protected], "steven linnabary" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Eric Dondero Rittberg" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > > > Now, originally, I forgot to mention that recent cartoon riots. > > Paul, Steven and others, tell me, what did those riots over the > > cartoons have to do with "our interventions in the Middle East?" > > Little to nothing.
