Right - these aren't like the French laws which give employees undue protection against being fired, thereby increasing the risk for employers in any hiring decision and denying a fundamental right to freedom of association. If anything, right-to-work protects freedom of association by allowing them to choose not to be a member of a union and still work at a "union shop."
