If I am not mistaken there is an assumption that the crime, death and loss of freedom is a by product of the government policy on certain substances. That they are acting with out malice of forethought. Something that I find to be not very believable. The people who are responsible for making these decisions are doing so in a way to cause the problems that we see. It is a war allright, and free people are the enemy.
