Reagan TRIPLED the national debt during his tenure, and left the bill
for George H.W. Bush to pay for with the largest tax increase in
American history at the time. Children 10 generations from now will
be born into Reagan's debt. You falsely claimed that SDI made the
Soviets "blink" and I refuted it.

Reagan promised a balanced budget in 3 years, but he never even
PROPOSED a balanced budget in 8 years or even pretended to.

People were better off in the 70's than they are now. Thanks to
Reagan and the two Bush's deficit spending and the insane amount of
inflation they created, the dollar is virtually worthless. It takes 2
incomes to survive. One to pay the taxes (for a bloated and huge
military that doesn't defend America and instead attacks those who
pose no harm to us), and one to pay the bills....barely.

In the 70's a regular single income could pay for a home, a car, a
stay at home wife/mom, and 2 kids.
