To be fair, I'll answer your question honestly.

I know one individual, prominent in the libertarian movement 
who is a close friend of mine, who has been a victim of the drug war.

I know one individual whose brother was a victim of 9/11 - died in 
the Twin Towers.

So, it's even 1 to 1.
