Tom, I concur, but would hasten to add that a 'physical aggression 
truce' (aka: NAP, ZAP and so on) has been around since BEFORE 
human beings; extant in virtually any social critter whose speicies 
benefits from co-operative behavior.  

Iow, the core principle of today's libertarianism is older than 
people.
