I have read Hoppe's argument before and they are down right silly, looking on the federal government as A king and owning the property is so unlibertarian and he is a immigrant, many of the Mexicans coming into this country may have more of a right to be here than he does. plus immigration is not a federal issue, constitutionally it may be a state, county or local issue depending on the state constitution but the federal government only has authority over naturalzating people not borned in the US to become citizens. It is unwise for states to hand over the authority of immigration to the federal government to. It is a property rights issue, the Civil rights act does not demand you rent or hire immigrants, it does not demand you sell or buy from them either. According to the Civil Rights act in specfic commercial and rental actvities you are not allow to discrimnate based on national orgin, it does not say anything about you can't discrimnate against non citizens or non citizens who have no VISA. Don't do business with them if you don't want to deal with them, don't encourage the government to violate other peoples property rights and individual rights especially to get votes, encourage the voters to get to keep a backbone instead.--- In [email protected], "David Macko" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Since last week's demonstrations my last doubts that > there is no immigration problem have ended.
