Ok, we're not at war.  We're just murdering Iraqi people, imposing our
will on them, destroying thier infrastructure (then praising ourselves
when we get part of it back up and working), torturing people,
shutting down thier free press, etc.

And the second we leave, it all comes crashing down into a civil war.
