changes are made it should be to reinforce the right of property
owners alone the border to defend their property against tresspassing
immigrants and busy bodies. Plus the right for neighbors and local
citizens to form Posses with the local police or sheriffs
Department.Property rights and due process must stand in the
libertarian platform if libertarians are going to be able to hold
