day before the baby was due, I'd be disappointed, but I wouldn't claim she had committed murder, or that she had killed a child because she wouldn't have done either of those.
I'd have to respect the fact that it's her body, not mine and I have
nothing to day about what she does or doesn't do with it, or the
organisms within it.
If she gave birth, we would have a child with a human life (something
it didn't have until the moment of birth), and if she terminated its
life, she would then be guilty of murder.
