The term "human being" refers to a fully-sentient being which does not
reside within the body of another. A fetus is a biological parasite.
Parasites DO NOT have to be of a different species and only have to
be in a parasitical relationship...that in which one organism resides
within another organism, receives its nutrients from that organism,
and contributes nothing to the physical health of that organism.
Even if we were to claim that a fetus did have human life, it would be
irrelevant as long as it resided within the body of another. Nothing
inside the body of a person has any rights. Any libertarian will tell
you that nobody is owed an existence at the expense of a
non-consenting other, especially if that person is relying on the BODY
of another for its own existence.
