Why?  Especially when it doesn't matter.  It wouldn't matter if a
fetus was a 100% fully sentient human being fully capable of speech
and was begging not to be killed.  As long as it was still inside the
body of another and had not been born yet, it would have absolutely no
rights at all, and the host person would have 100% of all rights
including the right to choose life or death for the organism (or even
person) living within their body.

If the host were to kill such a being, they would not be violating its
rights because it has no rights to violate until the moment of birth,
not a single second before.
