I had a nice lunch yesterday with LP of MT Chairman Mike Fellows in East Missoula. I had the Bison Burger; Mike had the French Dip.
Mike and I discussed Libertarian happenings in Phillipsburg - the new Gault's Gulch where Westerner Free State Project advocates have located too. They've even elected a Libertarian (Andy Lochridge) to the City Council there. Mike also informed me that there's other elected Libertarians in the State that the National LP knows nothing about, including a Republican State Senator from Kallispell who serves as the State LP Secretary. I directed Mike to a bunch of Libertarians that I had met around SW Montana, and gave him a bunch of names and business cards of potential LP recruits for him to contact.
