John,
Don't portray me as "stubborn" for questioning your words! YOU
wrote them, not me. You WILL be called on your unsupported
inconsistencies here; that's what we do here; that's what this
discussion forum is all about.
In this regard, NO, your position is still not clear.

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

Abandon my previous environmental focus?
You misunderstand. I will try to be more clear for you and anyone
else
stubbornly holding onto the 'environmental focus' segment of my
post...
It does not matter to me what the law is....it is THE LAW. If you
do not
agree with the law, change or abolish it. My pose concerned the
Supreme
Court as a function of the Bush White House and the dangers we
are facing.
My point was that you can abolish all the laws you choose and it
will not
matter a tad when Martial Law is imposes...as I am sure it will
be...in the
next 2 to 3 years.
The origional post did nto focus on environmental law but on
abuse of power
by the Supreme Court.
Clear now?
