Well that is all they are doing know is presenting guidelines on  
eating fat ( which changes every few years on what is good and what 
is bad) just like the Suregon General is saying smoking in a building 
is to dangerous to others in the building no matter where you are in 
a building, or even standing outside, parents should never smoke in 
the same house with their kids, that is all he is saying 
now.
