For a guy who presumably wants to end welfare, you sure do seem to be
taking the wrong tack - by creating NEW welfare.

I think you've somehow found the wrong place, Chris. This is a
*Libertarian Party* list, and despite the recent platform shenanigans,
the LP is pro-open borders and against using taxpayer money to fund
foreign aid.

[My favorite definition of foreign aid: a transfer of wealth from the
poor people of a rich nation to the rich people of a poor nation.]

Urmas is exactly right - we should concentrate on something we have a
*prayer* of controlling - our own government and its welfare policies
- than on something we have neither the ability NOR the right to
control - the free movement of individuals.
