Correct, the bill of rights only states the rights that should be respected as inherent.
I do not acknowledge the rights of anybody who does not respect my rights period. The police do, but it is unlawful and they only get away with it because we let them. Much more special then the Germans, as every countries citizens should consider themselves special its a benefit to society to be loyal to your country. you think like a totalitarian not a libertarian. At first, it was deport "illegal" immigrants (migrants, actually); then it was also deporting those who assisted migrants to make a new life for themselves and their families; now you have progressed to deporting those you deem to be a "detriment to freedom". Would they get a trial first? Yes i do because i can see the threat to my country, my freedoms and my life. I can not now or will i ever tolerate an illegal alien because they represent a threat to me in the above mentioned ways. If you assist those who violate our rights then you violate those same rights to the values and the foundation and the well being of this country so therefore you are also in violation of Americans rights.
