They are inherent rights that Americans as a whole consider to be those of Americans. I can't give or take any rights away but i can choose to acknowledge those rights. I choose not to acknowledge the rights of those who disrespect me.
Hopefully when you say that you aren't loyal to this country (if your an American citizen) you mean you aren't loyal to the government. If your not loyal to the intent of the founders who tried their damnest to make you and i both as free as we could possibly be and believed in it so much they sacrificed their property and lives for future generations then i gotta say you're not really a libertarian. A libertarian believes in freedom above all and a limited government which is exactly what the founders tried to do. If this is not the case then i am not a libertarian. I am not loyal in any way to this government but i am loyal to the ideals that founded this country and i am loyal to self government.
