Although you are now claiming that you have only been advocating the self-defense of American soil, your previous material DOES describe world policing of peoples who do NOT present a threat to America. But never mind that now, since have just committed your self to a clearer position. Now it is clear that you are claiming that "this" war is only in defense of American soil. But what is not clear is your evidence, and whether you are referring to Afghanistan or Iraq or Iran. Please specify the war you are defending and provide evidence that proves your claim: 1) that what you claim is true; 2) that it qualifies as justification for war.

I don't care what ideology people follow, as long as they don't harm me or my property. The problem is the correlation between ideological obsession and aggression against others. If ideology leads someone to attack me, then it's worth noting what that ideology represents. I want the US government to focus on neutering those individuals, groups, and nations that present a credible threat to Americans. Throughout my teens and adult life, there have been numerous attacks by Middle East terrorists on Americans, with 9/11 being the mother of all terrorist attacks. These are real threats and must be dealt with.
