I tested with Win2k before and didn't had the problem but now I'm testing with 
WinXP and had the same. It seems that for compilation the file name must be 
libsqlite3.dll but for runtime it must be sqlite3.dll. The sqlite3.def file 
seems to be not necessary at all.
