Again, I think this confusion is due to me having a different
interpretation of what 'experimental' means.

What I don't understand is the mixture of wanting to limit the project to
what one group wants to get from the project, and also wanting to create a
place to share between projects. Trying to break down walls and building
other walls at the same time would seem somewhat counterproductive.

Perhaps it would be a better idea to resolve this confusion together 
before stating that you will veto? We don't need yet another set of
tribes.
