I've added a simple standards document based on the php groupware standards here: http://svn.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/trunk/docs/coding_standards.txt?revision=1116&root=librefm&view=markup I've modified them slightly to make them match more closely with the way the majority of our code is currently written and removed some less relevant sections.
